Highly motivated and knowledgeable trainer with more than 11 years of experience in designing and monitoring dance & exercise based programs based on client needs and goals. SAM incorporates various dance styles and fitness routines in regular exercise program. I have my own unique style of conducting fitness classes maintaining high interest of clients. My fitness classes are high in energy and zeal. Each fitness class is different from the previous one.

SAM has studied multiple forms of dance including but not limited to— Ballet— Jazz— Modern—Folk—Hip-Hop- Tabata- Contemporary dance.
SAM has closely studied Modern dance techniques : Shaimak Davar’s technique, Ashley Lobo technique, Remo’s technique. SAM specializes now mostly in Contemporary and fusion dance techniques: release, floorwork, flying low, contact improvisation, partnering, dance improvisation.
